Policy for the Protection and Processing of Personal Data

1. Purpose and Scope
This policy has been prepared to express that as Uğurlar Plastik, we place great importance on the protection of the personal data of our employees, customers, suppliers, and business partners, within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

2. Collection and Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Personal data, by Uğurlar Plastik, are collected and processed lawfully and limited to the purposes of;

• Provision of services and products,
• Customer relationship management,
• Conducting sales, marketing, and logistics activities,
• Fulfilling financial and legal obligations.
   

3. Transfer of Data
Personal data, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK, may be transferred;

• To relevant public institutions and organizations,
• To our business partners, suppliers, and third parties we receive services from, within legal boundaries.
   

4. Data Security
The confidentiality and security of personal data are our priorities. In this context, the necessary technical and administrative measures are taken to protect the data against unauthorized access.

5. Rights of Data Subjects
Data subjects, within the scope of Article 11 of KVKK, have the rights to;

• Learn whether their personal data is processed,
• Request information if processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with the purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom the data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• Request correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data,
• Request deletion or destruction of the data.
   

6. Application
Data subjects can apply via email or a written application to our company to exercise the rights mentioned above.

Uğurlar Plastik commits to fulfilling all our obligations regarding the protection of personal data and making necessary updates.
