With this awareness, we attach great importance to processing and storing any kind of personal data of our employees bound by an employment contract, and our business partners whom we have service or purchase agreements with, in compliance with the Law on Personal Data Protection No. 6698 (“KVKK”). We process your personal data as explained below, in accordance with KVKK and within the limits prescribed by the legislation.
1. Collection, Processing, and Purposes of Processing Personal Data Your personal data may be collected by our Company in relation to our contractual relationship, using automatic or non-automatic methods, verbally, in writing, digitally, or electronically at workplaces and relevant fields. Until contractual relationships or obligations arising from contracts continue, your personal data may be formed, updated, and processed. Data about a person's race, ethnic origin, political opinions, philosophical beliefs, religion, sect or other beliefs, appearance, membership in associations, foundations, or trade unions, health, sexual life, criminal convictions, and security measures, as well as biometric and genetic data, are special categories of personal data. Special categories of personal data related to health, criminal convictions, and security measures of employees with an employment contract with the Company, are collected and processed within the bounds of legal obligations pursuant to the Labour Law No. 4857 and other legislation. Personal data can be processed for maintenance, repair, and efficiency purposes in cases where a cell phone, vehicle, or computer is assigned to you. Your collected personal data will be processed within the scope of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in KVKK for the fulfillment of contractual obligations, continuation of Company activities, job arrangement, fulfillment of employer responsibilities, ensuring job security, management, supervision, and performance of the work, and securing responsibilities related to public institutions and organizations, for employee security.
2. To Whom and For What Purposes Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred Personal data may be transferred to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of contractual obligations, continuation of Company activities, job arrangement, fulfillment of employer responsibilities, ensuring job security, management, supervision, and performance of the work, securing responsibilities related to public institutions and organizations, for employee security purposes, including but not limited to those who will be listed shortly, data can be transferred to suppliers, business partners and connections, security units, public institutions, relevant ministries and directorates and under the labor law and social security laws, to the public institutions and legal persons authorized by the laws, within the scope of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in KVKK. 3. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data Your personal data are obtained in any verbal, written, electronic, or digital environment for the purposes mentioned above, primarily for business and social security laws and contractual rights and obligations, in order for the Company to fulfill its work contract, the contractual obligations it is party to, and responsibilities arising from laws accurately and completely. Personal data collected for this legal reason may be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in this text within the scope of personal data processing conditions and purposes stated in KVKK.
4. Rights of the Personal Data Owner Enumerated in Article 11 of the KVKK As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company in writing, our Company will conclude the request free of charge within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days, depending on the nature of the request, after verifying your identity.
In this context, personal data owners have the rights to;
• Learn whether their personal data is processed or not,
• Request information if their personal data has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing their personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• Request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and request notification of the transactions made in this context to the third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
• Request deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons for processing no longer exist despite being processed in accordance with the KVKK and other relevant law provisions, and request notification of the transaction made in this context to the third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
• Object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Demand compensation in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
